To stay motivated, you need to set clear goals and create a daily routine. A clear goal gives you the feeling of achievement and produces dopamine in your body that keeps you going.
A daily routine works as a safeguard on those days when you don't want to continue. Then you just follow the steps and that is.
Intrinsic motivation is the drive that comes from your inner world. You are motivated to achieve a specific goal because you find it personally rewarding, enjoyable, or fulfilling. You have a genuine interest in and passion for the task at hand. For example, someone who loves learning languages and continues to develop these skills because it brings them joy and satisfaction;
On the other hand, rewards or outside factors are what drive extrinsic motivation. Extrinsic motivation, or something outside of your inner world, is what drives you when you engage in an activity or pursue a goal in order to obtain a specific result, such as money, recognition, praise, or grades. If a student studies hard to earn good grades, not because they love the subject but because they want to receive a scholarship that is extrinsic motivation.
